The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a decent night's sleep despite the other issues.
The bathroom light was falling down, which made for a rather unsafe experience while getting ready.

missingWrote a review on 27 Septcomfortable bedsimple check-inlack of breakfastminimal toiletriesdamaged furniture
The comfortable bed was a positive highlight, along with the appreciated simplicity of check-in. However, the lack of breakfast and minimal toiletries, like tiny soap bars, detracted significantly from the experience. Additionally, inconsistent plumbing, with a toilet that clogged multiple times, and damaged furniture, greatly impacted the comfort of the stay.

missingWrote a review on 24 Augcomfortable bedupdated tvmissing toiletriesclogged toiletdamaged furniture
The bed was comfortably firm, enhancing a restful night’s sleep, and the updated flat-screen TV was a nice touch. However, the absence of toiletries, with only tiny soap bars available, made personal care quite challenging. Additionally, the toilet clogged multiple times, which required intervention, and the overall cleanliness felt lacking due to damaged furniture and overpowering deodorant scents.

I really enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the flat-screen TV in the room. We had a cozy King Room that suited our family well. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions like the Children's Museum, which kept the kids entertained.
My kids wished for better toiletries in the bathroom.

I was genuinely pleased with the cleanliness of the room, which included thoughtful touches like clean towels and a spacious layout that made it easy to navigate. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, allowing me a later check-out when I needed it.
More accessible amenities for seniors would be helpful.

missingWrote a review on 22 Mayburned comforter
No bathtub stopper made it impossible to take a bath, while the faucet for the tub/shower was a nightmare—only hot water or nothing at all. The room also lacked a coffee maker, which would have been a welcome addition for a morning pick-me-up. Add in an assortment of cigarette burns across the comforter, and it didn’t feel very welcoming.
